First of all, a global, exhaustive and complete assessment of the musculoskeletal and nervous system is carried out, and depending on the results, we evaluate which type of treatment is the most appropriate for the patient. The main objective is to reduce pain and return to normal activity as soon as possible. It may require relative rest, together with a physiotherapy program focused on stretching and strengthening of muscle decompensations.
